In 2021 we began our journey with dough... we started to embrace the love for making Neapolitan pizzas in the pizza van. This journey led from strength to strength. 
In 2023 we open our Italian Caffe in Louth unsure as how it would be. Little did we know how our caffe would burst with life and grow into a flourishing Artisan caffe in the beautiful market town of Louth. During this period our menu has grown into providing beautiful authentic pastas and desserts.

Now in 2024 our passion for dough has developed into handmade focaccia sandwiches. This new concept in Louth has bloomed with unfounded support.
